Cancellation Policy

Cancellation To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 3 business days in advance. In the case of a cancel or reschedule, a refund will not be provided. Classroom guidelines Students are required to bring their own learning materials to class. We cannot guarantee our learning materials are relevant to the student's learning agenda. Adverse Weather In the case of a no.8 typhoon (or higher) or black rainstorm warning signal, our lesson will continue to take place, if the no.8 typhoon signal (or higher) or black rainstorm warning signal is taken down 2 hours or more before the start of the lesson; our lesson will not take place if a no.8 typhoon (or higher) or black rainstorm warning signal takes place within 2 hours of the start of the lesson if the lesson is in person. Online lessons will not be affected by adverse weather.
